Person Centered counselling in Ealing and Banbury.

I am a Diploma qualified Person Centered Psychotherapist and am a member of the BACP. I offer counselling in Ealing from the Metanoia Institute and from my home in Banbury.

I believe proffesional development to be very important and am curretnly in the final stages of my Msc psychotherapy training. This invloves intensive academic study, clinical reflective practise and extensive supervision throughout. This degree of study reflects my commitment to offering clients a professional therapy provision and in depth way of working.

Person Centered counselling can offer a space to consider the most impactful areas of your life such as work stress or a difficult relationship. I work with people to find a more manageable path through these - towards feeling happier in themselves and content rather than just being able to tolerate these issues.

Many of my previous clients have come to counselling through their relationship breakdown or divorce.Some wish to have a space to consider current difficulties in an existing relationship. This has included issues around domestic violence or generalised feelings of dissatisfaction.

I have also worked succesfully with people who self harm and feel anxious or suicidal. I offer a safe and confidential space for people to consider their coping strategies and how to find more satisfying ways of being in the world. I also work with individuals in areas suchs as: depression, addictions,stress management, low self esteem and anger management.

I offer counselling from the Metanoia Institue in Ealing. This is near to Ealing Common and Ealing Broadway tube stations and there are also good bus links from Chiswick, Acton, Shepherds Bush and Notting Hill.
